Information we collect
We collect account information, authorized commission and sales data, service logs, optional website or product-use analytics events after consent, and contact or pilot inquiry details.
Do not submit real payroll, commission, or employee data through the website contact form or public sample demo. Discuss real records only within a separately agreed pilot scope and transfer process.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the Service, calculate commissions, respond to inquiries, evaluate guided pilots, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information or use commission or sales data to train models offered to other customers.
Sharing, retention, and rights
Hosting, database, authentication, and email providers may process information under their applicable service terms. We do not currently publish one fixed retention period for every data type. Agree in writing on pilot data scope and retention/deletion before sharing real customer records. Use the contact form for privacy requests, without attaching sensitive data.
