No. Pending and rejected deals can remain visible for review, but only approved sales are the source of truth for approved commissions, quotas, leaderboards, trends, statements, and payroll-ready exports.

Managers see themselves and their direct reports. Their role-aware view includes team performance, deals waiting for review, disputes, and the context needed to approve or leave work pending. They are not treated as unrestricted admins and are excluded from individual-contributor leaderboards.

No. Commishify sits between the deal process and the payroll handoff. It keeps commission logic, approval state, history, and export together without pretending to be a CRM, payroll processor, or billing checkout.

Does it use AI to approve commissions?

No. People remain responsible for approval decisions. AI can be useful for narrow assistance such as import mapping or explaining a discrepancy, but Commishify does not make autonomous approval decisions or calculate outside the configured rules.

What does onboarding require?

A company typically brings its commission rates, quota periods and tiers, rep and manager structure, deal fields, approval expectations, and current payroll handoff. Onboarding maps those inputs to the supported workflow and tests representative deals, exceptions, disputes, and exports.
