Refund and Returns Policy

At Commishify, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing you with a hassle-free shopping experience. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to make things right.


Returns

We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

  1. Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  3. Exceptions:
    • Non-returnable items include:
      • Personalized or custom-made products
      • Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
      • Health and hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, intimate apparel)
    • Digital products and downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

How to Return an Item

  1. Submit a Request:
    • Log in to your Commishify account.
    • Locate your order and click on “Request Return.”
    • Provide details, including the reason for return and photos and videos.
  2. Receive Return Authorization:
    • Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Ship Your Item:
    • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and documentation.
    • Use the return shipping label (if provided) or send it to the address specified.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund as follows:

  1. Approval Notification: You’ll receive an email confirming the status of your refund request.
  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  3. Timeframe: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the transaction.

Note: If the item is returned in a condition different from its original state (e.g., damaged or missing parts), a partial refund may be issued.


Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you’re eligible for an exchange. Simply follow the return process, and we’ll expedite the replacement at no additional cost.


Shipping Costs

  • For Returns:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect.
    • In eligible cases, we may provide a prepaid return label.
  • Refunded Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions for Marketplace Sellers

Since Commishify connects buyers with multiple independent sellers, specific return policies may vary based on the seller. For items purchased from a third-party seller, their return policy will be outlined on the product page. Please review it before making your purchase.


Important Notes

  • Always obtain proof of shipment when returning an item.
  • Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, and clearance products are non-refundable.
